WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late for your appointment means that your treatment may have to be cut short. If any additional treatments are required please allow 24 hours to avoid disappointment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE HEALTH CONCERNS?
Please inform us at time of booking, we also require that you inform us if you think you may be pregnant.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations made without 24-hour notice will incur 50% cancellation charge and credit card details requested will be charged at the time of the appointment not being used.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required for any appointment over one and half-hours or at the salons discretion of £25.00.This will be automatically taken at time of booking the appointment or credit card details will be requested. (See cancellation)
CHILDREN
we respectfully ask that children under the age of 12 reframe from coming into the salon.
MOBILE PHONES
To respect the relaxation of other guests we ask that mobile phones be turned off during your visit.
